Terms of Service – Buskando

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Buskando mobile application or the website at buskando.app (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. The Service

Buskando is an online marketplace platform that allows users in Curaçao to post, browse, and respond to listings for goods, services, and rentals. We are a platform only — we are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers.

We do not verify the accuracy of listings, the identity of users, or the quality of items or services advertised. All transactions are solely between the buyer and the seller.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service. By using Buskando, you represent that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who misrepresent their age.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@ufostudios.nl if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may not create multiple accounts, share your account with others, or use automated tools to create or manage accounts.

5. Listings and Content

You are solely responsible for the content you post. By submitting a listing or any content to the Service, you confirm that:

You have the right to sell, rent, or offer the item or service.
All information in your listing is accurate and not misleading.
Your listing does not violate any applicable law or third-party rights.

We reserve the right to remove any listing at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason including but not limited to violations of these Terms.

6. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You may not use the Service to post or facilitate:

Illegal goods or services of any kind.
Weapons, drugs, or controlled substances.
Stolen property or counterfeit items.
Adult or sexually explicit content.
Spam, scams, or fraudulent listings.
Harassment, threats, or hate speech toward other users.
Content that infringes any intellectual property right.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.

7. Transactions

Buskando does not process payments, hold funds, or guarantee any transaction. All payments and exchanges happen directly between users. We strongly recommend meeting in a safe, public location when completing in-person transactions.

We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from a transaction between users.

8. Intellectual Property

The Buskando name, logo, and all related branding are the property of UFO Studios. You may not use them without our express written permission.

By submitting content (photos, descriptions, etc.) to the Service, you grant Buskando a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display and distribute that content within the Service for the purpose of operating the platform.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

We make no representations about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content posted by users.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Buskando and UFO Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service — including but not limited to losses from transactions, reliance on listings, or unauthorized access to your account.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, the Service, or third parties.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at info@ufostudios.nl.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Curaçao.
